This was a great session and the staff is still talking about it.  Ralph did the Six Types of Working Genius with our team  and it was an eye opener for the team and myself.  This type of material has never been presented before.  It truly has helped our team communication and overall productivity.  The section on improving meeting productivity was particularly useful.

We have a mix of veteran and semi-experienced leaders so our perspectives vary. Ralph and Brian did an outstanding job teaching us the 5 behaviors of cohesiveness, navigating conflict for winning outcomes, and holding one another to our high standards to maximize business performance and results. Unexpectedly, we shared our personal histories which led to a deep understanding of one another to level up our relationships and trust. The impact of their coaching has had a tremendous impact on us as leadership team moving forward.

Ralph's comprehensive and interactive approach to leadership development starts with a pre-workshop questionnaire that curates the experience specific to each team. Their well-designed training based on Patrick Lencioni's bestselling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, covers a wide range of essential skills, including communication
and conflict, decision-making, trust, commitment, accountability, team collaboration, and much more.

What truly sets him apart is his commitment to tailoring the programs to the unique needs and goals of each organization he works with.
The training sessions are interactive, thought-provoking, and encourage teams to get to know each other on a different level allowing for deeper understanding of each team member, in turn leading to more open discussions throughout the organization.
I have had the pleasure of observing the positive impact that Ralph has on teams and organizations. Many teams who have worked with him have demonstrated noticeable growth in their leadership abilities, resulting in improved team dynamics, enhanced problem-solving skills, and increased productivity within their respective roles.

Ralph came in for a week and worked with each of our five club teams.  He took us through the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and the Six Types of Working Genius, challenging our people to make the most of the session an time spent together.

Ralph has a good way of creating a safe atmosphere for people to share their true feelings and get to the core of issues.  He session had very clear commitments made by the teams, and for me as the leader I was happy to see it.

I found the follow up debrief session to he extremely helpful.  Ralph wrote up a comprehensive report for each session with his observations and follow up items.

I know the teams got a lot out of the training and I look forward to having Ralph back for another round.
